SHIPPING
All of our products are shipped to you from the Netherlands via a secure, tracked shipping method. We offer free shipping on orders to Europe/ USA/ Canada, no code necessary. The discount will be applied at checkout and does not include duties.
We do not offer package rerouting, pick-ups, or refunds on items that have been shipped to hotels or other temporary locations.
Order cancellations or adjustments are not possible after the order is placed.
Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed. Once the order is dispatched, you will receive your tracking link via email and you can expect to receive your order based on the timeline below. Please note the delivery times are estimated.

Please note that during promotional periods, order processing and shipping times may increase due to the high volume of orders.
We only ships on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays). Orders placed during the weekend will be processed the following business day.
In case your package arrives damaged as a result of shipment, please save the shipping box, the products and its outer white cardboard packaging, and email contact@onzejewellery.com within 5 business days to notify us of the damage.
Once the package has left our warehouse, the shipping carrier is responsible for it. We are not liable for packages lost or stolen during transit / upon arrival. We kindly advise you to file a claim via the courier’s website. If they are unable to offer you a solution, please contact contact@onzejewellery.com once the claim has been filed and our team will assist you.
