We value the satisfaction of our customers. Nevertheless, if you have any reason that you are not satisfied with your purchase, we have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. To start a return, please contact us at contact@onzejewellery.com


If your return is accepted, we’ll send you all instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note you are responsible for the return postage costs.

  • The items are in the original packaging and are undamaged.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any goods that do not meet the above return conditions.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

  • Custom items (such as special orders or personalized items)
  • Items which have been used or damaged.

    Refunds
    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
